Your Walk-Through Is Scheduled:

Your property walk through with Hometown Buyers is in the books! And, thank you for completing the survey. This will help us hit the ground running when we speak!

To prepare for your walk-through

1. A separate email has been sent to you confirming the time of your virtual or in-person walk-through. We will confirm who you will be meeting with prior to your scheduled appointment to make the introduction.

2. Feel free to email us any additional information you have that can help us understand where you want to go and what you want to achieve in your business to [email protected]

3. Most importantly, please read this page very carefully so you understand exactly how we roll.

The agenda for the less than 30 minute walk-through

1. Walk the property visually inspecting all major systems, rooms and bathrooms inside and outside of the property.

2. We will collect photos of the property (For non-public purposes)

3. We will sit down to help with your situation and find a solution.

4. Within 24 hours of meeting (usually just a few) we will send your written cash offer to the email provided..

Be sure that you are available to show the property or give us 24 hours notice if there needs to be a change

I assure you we have seen much worse. We don't judge and are there to help. Don;t stress over cleaning up or pets or anything. We love dogs and cats (hampsters, turtles whatever).
